We have just upgraded tho the newest version of 2020. I am having difficulties to sign in and browse the 2020Cloud. The “Sign in” popup window is sucked in “Loading….” stage and does not proceeds to the next one. Also I cannot use the 360 panoramic view as well. (please see attached pictures). My company has several 2020 licenses. We are using V18.104.22.168. Any suggestion in both of these problems is very appreciated. Thank you
The loading screen for 2020 Cloud could be related to a firewall or antivirus blocking access to the site.
The 360 pano error is usually related to the account associated with the license.
As I do not recommend putting your license number any public forum I think your best course of action would be to give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and have one of our techs take a firsthand look at the issue. I’m 90% sure the 360 issue is just an out of date user profile on 2020.net. The cloud not loading could be a little more complicated but it is likely either permissions or a certificate/PCS issue.
