I am still having this issue even after the hotfix has been applied. i have done the following to diagnose.
1. reset registry
2. completely uninstalled 20-20 and re-installed
3. applied hotfix as admin
20-20 is crashing a tonne for me lately. any advice?

My advice would be to call the support line at 1-866-697-2020 and have a tech take a look at the machine. They can connect, check error logs, look into outstanding Windows updates etc… Alternatively you could email us your contact info to [email protected] and we can set up a time to connect to your computer for a closer look.
