Cindy Maple, Product Manager
Cindy is the Product Manager for the 2020 Office Suite. Cindy has been with 2020 for over 20 years and has experience in training, technical support, and product management. She is a graduate of Ohio University and began her career as an interior designer at an office furniture dealership. Cindy is NCIDQ certified and is passionate about using technology to improve the design and sales process.
Aaron Hall, Customer Service
Aaron provides support for both the Commercial and Residential software divisions since 2007. After a four-year enlistment in the United States Air Force, Aaron attended Western Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science with a Computer Science focus.
