2020 Account

The 2020 Cloud Account is the new identification process for all the 2020 products and services. In ‘My Account’ you will be able to:

  • Login to your 2020 Design application
  • Manage your 2020 profile
  • See your 2020 Products and Services
  • Manage your users and assign them 2020 Products and Services (available only if you are and Admin User)
    • Buy additional 2020 products and services and get specific prices.
    • Renew your 2020 subscription services.
  • Access to the Downloads & Updates related to your products
  • Access to the 2020 Community

Your 2020 Cloud Account is accessible from the tubelaunch.info main menu.

Your 2020 Cloud Account will be your username for all your 2020 Products and Services. It allows you to access your 2020 Design products. With this account, you will also have access to the 2020 services  such as the 2020 Cloud services and the 2020 Community, etc.)
Your email address is your unique login identification for all your 2020 products and services. You cannot create multiple 2020 Cloud Accounts with the same email address.

You can invite a colleague to create a 2020 Cloud Account that will be associated with your company.
– Login to your 2020 Cloud Account (My Account)

2020 automatically sends email invitations to these users. The email includes a link to complete the creation of the account that
will be associated to your company.  You cannot invite more users than the number of purchased licenses or Additional User Subscriptions.”

The 2020 Cloud Account is the new identification process for all new 2020 Design v11 or higher products and services. You must have a 2020 Cloud Account in order to use 2020 Design. If you purchased your first 2020 Design license online after September 6th 2016, you can only use 2020 Design with a 2020 Cloud Account. If you purchased your first 2020 Design license before September 6 2016, you must use the dongle (USB key) to access your software for now.  In the coming months, you will have the opportunity to convert to the new 2020 identification process when you upgrade your 2020 Design license to a version greater than 11.6.
Access your 2020 Cloud Account to see all your 2020 Licenses and Subscriptions. In the navigation menu on the left, click “Product Summary”. This service is only available to soft key licenses and subscriptions.
Access your 2020 Cloud Account to update your profile information. In the navigation menu on the left, click ‘Account Settings’.
You can see all your 2020 Products and Services in your 2020 Cloud Account (My Account). Note this service is available only to new 2020 Design online customers.
Access your 2020 Cloud Account to manage your users (invite, modify, delete and assign Products and Services). In the navigation menu on the left click ‘Manage Users’. This service is only available to ‘Soft Key’ licenses and subscriptions.

Yes, all access to the 2020 Online Store is granted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, which encrypts personal information provided during the ordering process. Therefore, your personal information is transferred through a secured channel and confidential data is protected. To ensure a high level of security, our systems use a certificate that falls in line with ecommerce industry practice. The certificate is issued by a trusted security provider. All standard web browsers support this technology and accept the certificates from trusted providers automatically. However, no company, including Cleverbridge (2020 online reseller), can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

2020 provides a free 30-days evaluation license to prospective customers for many 2020 full-featured software products. We encourage you to evaluate these products prior to purchase in order to determine whether the products are suitable for your needs.

When to sign out:
• Sign out when planning to use 2020 Design on another computer. Signing-out “releases” the cloud-based license.
• Once signed out, a user can sign in on another machine.
When not to sign out:

If you plan on using the license on same machine, There is no need to sign out
If you will be going to an area with no internet connectivity, please do not sign out as you will not be able to sign in
2020 Design will be active 7 consecutive days with no internet connectivity after a success sign in. The 7 day period is rolling once internet connectivity is reestablished.
