Our customer support telephone queues and email service are temporarily interrupted today, and you may be faced with longer than average wait times.
On Thursday July 25th, 2020 was subject to an internet attack in the form a previously unknown malware virus which escaped detection by our standard security protection. There is no indication that any information has been compromised, but we have experienced a temporary shutdown of some internal servers and systems while we took extreme precautionary measures to isolate and eradicate the virus. We have contracted specialist security consultants to help resolve the situation and to further improve our security systems with various additional control and monitoring mechanisms. We realize that in some cases this incident has had an impact on our ability to deliver against certain project milestones. In other cases, we have not been as responsive to our customers as we would normally like to be. Please accept our apologies for this unusual situation and be assured that we are working night and day for a speedy return to normal operations, which we expect to happen in the next few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
