Using 2020 Cloud

    62020 Cloud provides you with everything you need to browse, search and then add catalog products into your designs. You will also be able to view the very latest 2020 news instantly within your 2020 software.

    Here’s a of how it works

    We’ve also put together a few short video tutorials to help you get started with 2020 Cloud. You may have seen these in individual posts already, but here is a convenient index for your reference. Each video is around 1-2 minutes in duration.

    In order to take advantage of the new features of 2020 Cloud, you will need to install the latest version of 2020 Fusion (available via the standard application download mechanism) and create a 2020 Cloud Account – please be sure to set the correct Market Region in your user profile.

    Hi. I have lost the 2020 Cloud side bar when I am in a plan. Can someone advise how I can get this back. Each time I click the 2020 Cloud link nothing happens.

    Hi, I just updated to 2020 Design 11 and cloud gives me an error message. “There is a problem with your server or internet connection. Please try again later.” This has been going on for 2 days. any suggestions? thanks

    anyone here how to select manufacturer here because i only see is decorative item row please help me

    Hi Ernesto,
    Your profile is set to a Market Region of ‘Other Region’ in which there is currently only one Cloud catalog. You can change this region in settings – we currently have additional catalogs available for customers in UK, Canada, USA and France.

    Hi. I had the same issue as Ernesto but i changed my profile to UK and still cannot see any new catalogue options. i have shut down and restarted fusion with no effect. any ideas?
