About the Presenters:
Junior Product Manager
Following an unorthodox career path, Chad went to school for Interior Design, began as a CAD draftsman, then began working for 2020 15 years ago. He began in Technical Support, moving on to Quality Assurance, and currently wears the hat of a “Jr. Product Manager”. Chad is a graduate of Kendall College of Art & Design, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. He’s taught classes at Kendall, sharing his deep knowledge of AutoCAD and 2020 Cap with the next generation of Interior Designers.
Cindy is the Product Manager for the 2020 Office Suite. Cindy has been with 2020 for over 20 years and has experience in training, technical support, and product management. She is a graduate of Ohio University and began her career as an interior designer at an office furniture dealership. Cindy is NCIDQ certified and is passionate about using technology to improve the design and sales process.
